Interests I'm a Native Montanan who loves to be active. I enjoy getting outside as much as I can, and take great pleasure in gardening, cooking, good wine, dancing, acting, exploring, and learning. I am an NPC Figure Competitor, and am determined to keep working toward professional status.

Experience My career began after I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2009 and received my professional license to practice Massage Therapy. That same year, I went on to complete my Integrated Personal Training Levels 1-2 and Orthopedic Massage Certification courses through the Cambrea Institute and Go Primal Fitness. I am a certified NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and also certified by the NCBTMB.

After working as an Exercise Specialist and Massage Therapist for Request Physical Therapy in Gainesville, FL, I returned to Montana and opened my own massage and movement practice within Hickory Street Chiropractic Clinic.

Now I have the privilege of sharing office space with Northwoods Massage, and am excited to continue to offer massage and movement solutions.
